Rego Park

Initially developed by the Real Good Development Company (hence the name “Rego”), this area is dominated mostly by apartment buildings and smaller houses with mid-range pricing. One notable section is known as the “Crescents,” which was developed in the 1940s-1950s, featuring more contemporary homes. There are numerous transportation options—subways, buses with express service to Manhattan, and ample shopping and restaurants.
